Full Time Mechanical Engineering Laboratory Faculty Position
Indiana Tech invites applications for a full-time tenure-track, laboratory-based, mechanical engineering faculty position to begin in August 2008. An M.S.M.E. degree with significant industry or laboratory experience is required. A Ph.D. in an engineering discipline is desirable. The successful applicant is required to teach undergraduate fluid mechanics lab, heat transfer lab and mechanics of materials lab courses, and maintain the mechanical engineering labs.
In addition to teaching, the successful applicant will advise students, support initiatives to recruit and retain students, and complete ABET assessment tasks. Courses may be taught in both traditional and non-traditional formats.

Director for the Center of Criminal Justice
Indiana Tech is seeking candidates for our Director for the Center of Criminal Justice at our Fort Wayne campus. This position requires teaching within the program and coordinating and evaluating instruction throughout the Criminal Justice Department. The Director is responsible for the selection of adjunct faculty and development of courses throughout the criminal justice program. This position also serves as academic advisor to students pursing a career in the criminal justice field and is responsible for programs at our satellite campuses.
Successful candidates must possess prior experience teaching in the criminal justice field with experience in higher education preferred and relevant work experience in the criminal justice arena.
