Location: Traditional Day School campus is located in Fort Wayne, a thriving, progressive community with a population of more than 200,000 in the northeastern corner of Indiana.  College of Professional Studies has campuses in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Elkhart, as well as additional locations and sites in North and Central Indiana.

Character: A four-year, coeducational, residential university providing degree programs in business, criminal science, engineering and computer studies.

History & Control: Founded in 1930, Indiana Tech is a private, independent, nondenominational university.  Originally known as 'Indiana Technical College', it began as a school for engineering and science.

Enrollment & Geographical Representation: Over 3,000 students from a variety of states and foreign countries.

Accreditation: Indiana Tech is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, while the mechanical and electrical engineering programs are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

The university is approved and officially recognized by the U.S. Office of Education and the U.S. State Department and is approved by the State Approval Agency for the enrollment of veterans and eligible persons.
