The successful candidate will build and maintain the residential community at Indiana Tech; help to enhance the conduct and social growth of the student body and provide support and assistance to the Student Life department on campus. This position will interact with the student body in a positive and mature manner to ensure an appropriate representation of Indiana Tech.
This 12 month live-in position is responsible for managing daily operations of 610 residential beds in generally coed residence halls. The Hall Coordinator will supervise 20 Residential Assistants and a Graduate Assistant, coordinate programming and facilitate community development within an expanding residential life program. Additional assignments may include advising student groups, serving on departmental committees, collaborating with other campus offices, and training paraprofessional staff members. The incumbent will respond to emergency situations as needed.
