Quantitative Methods of Research
Prerequisite: RES 7000-7012. This course focuses on the application of quantitative research methods. It presumes basic knowledge of the research process and familiarity with quantitative studies in the field of global leadership. Students will use SPSS software application to amalyze bivariate and mulivariate parametic and non-parametric statistics, and will interpret and report results in a series of exercises. The course will introduce genearl purpose and description of the factor analysis; and general purpose of the stuctural equation modeling. Students willevaluate peer-reviewed research articles, apply course content to design a research proposal, and conduct a pilot study to answer research questions or test hypotheses.
