Andrew I. Nwanne, Ph.D.
Dr. Andrew Nwanne is the associate dean, College of Professional Studies at Indiana Tech. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, in 1986. Since then he has worked in several institutions of higher learning and served in panels of state reviewers of institutions. He has presented papers in professional associations, published in peer reviewed journals and coordinated conferences and seminars.
Dr. Nwanne has also consulted for businesses.
He joined Indiana Tech in 2006, and since then it has been an exciting and a rewarding experience. Before joining Indiana Tech, he was a professor and chairperson of the Division of Business Administration and Economics at Philander Smith College, Little Rock, Ark., where he served as the administrative and instructional head of the division. He was responsible for the fiscal and academic planning, personnel decisions, and recommendations within the division. He implemented and administered all college policies and procedures, maintained appropriate records, and provided periodic reports as required by accrediting agencies.
