Timeline at a glance...
Below is the timeline for Indiana Tech Law School’s admissions cycle during the 2013-14 academic year. The dates are approximate and are subject to change. Please revisit this page regularly to obtain the most up-to-date information.
From September through November, members of the admissions staff and the faculty, along with the dean, will be visiting area college and university pre-law fairs to promote Indiana Tech Law School. If your school is hosting a pre-law fair and you do not see our school listed as a confirmed participant, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can include your school in our schedule.
Our admissions applications will be available. We will have both a binding early decision application and a regular application. A link will be posted on our web site and the application will be accessible through the Law School Admissions Council. LSAC will process all of our applications and we will accept electronic applications only. Our application fee will be $50, but if LSAC provides you with a fee waiver for its services, we will give you a fee waiver as well.
The Admissions Committee will begin to review applications. As of today, we anticipate that our Charter Class will consist of 100 students whose median LSAT score will be 156 and whose median undergraduate GPA will be 3.5. Tuition for the first class will be $29,500, which is significantly lower than the average private law school tuition rate. Scholarships will be available for underrepresented populations and for students with superior academic and LSAT credentials.
Admissions decisions will be made and accepted students will be given scholarship information if they are eligible to receive a scholarship.
Sometime in March 2013, we will hold an open house for all admitted students on the Indiana Tech campus. We will provide you with housing information, community resource information, and other important information that will help you make the decision about which law school you will attend.
