Binding Early Decision Procedure

If you have determined that you wish to undertake the study of law at Indiana Tech Law School, we offer a binding early decision application. The application will be available online at www.LSAC.org beginning September 15, 2012 for a reduced application fee of $25.00. It will remain open until October 31, 2012. Applying through our early decision process will allow us to assess your application within a smaller pool of applicants (only those for whom Indiana Tech Law School is their first choice) and render a decision within 3 weeks. Once we have granted you admission, you will have one week in which withdraw any applications to any other law school to which you have applied and to pay a single deposit of $300.00 to secure your seat in the fall 2013 charter class. Any applicant who accepts his or her seat through the early decision program also warrants that they will not submit a later application to another law school.

The benefit to applying under our binding early decision program is the opportunity to secure your seat in our Charter Class months before regular applicants will be able to do the same, to be considered among a smaller pool of applicants, and to reduce application and deposit fees ($25.00 application fee as opposed to $50.00 and one $300.00 seat deposit as opposed to two deposits totalling $400.00).
