Coming off their third straight WHAC Tournament Championship and most wins since 2007, the Indiana Tech baseball team was receiving votes in the NAIA Baseball Coaches’ Preseason Top 25 Poll.

The 2011 annual Baseball Alumni Game will be played this year on Saturday, September 17th. The 9-inning game is scheduled to start at 12 p.m. Alumni batting practice will be from 10:45 a.m.-11:25 a.m.

former warrior wes smith inks pro deal

Wes Smith (Hurst, TX), a 2011 graduate of Indiana Tech, has signed on with the Lincoln Saltdogs of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.
