Fort Wayne, Ind.—Indiana Tech athletics added a member to the Warrior Pride team on Monday with the introduction of Zachary Shore as the Sports Information Director.
“We are excited to have Zach join our team,” said Neuhoff. “His youth and experience in the field are a great combination that will help move our department forward.”
“I’m thrilled to have been given this opportunity and be a part of the Indiana Tech community,” Shore said. “Coach Neuhoff has built a great support system and has great plans for the department.”
Shore will take over the day-to-day operations in the sports information office. He has several years of experience in the industry, having spent three years as an intern at Olivet Nazarene University before working two years as a graduate assistant at Lakeland College. He has spent the last year in Daytona Beach, Fla. as an intern at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Olivet Nazarene and a master’s degree in business administration from Lakeland College.
Shore will be the media contact in the athletics department and will be responsible for all 25 NAIA sports.
The scope of Warrior athletics has grown steadily in recent years. In addition to the new ice hockey team, Indiana Tech programs include band, baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s bowling, coed cheer, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, men’s and women’s track and field, women’s volleyball, and wrestling.
