Fort Wayne, IN – The NAIA has recently released the first Coaches Top 10 Poll of the 2010-11 season. Webber International University is ranked No.1 in the country, followed by Robert Morris University and McKendree University to round out the Top 3.
The Indiana Tech men’s team is currently receiving votes just out of the Top 10 in 11th place. The Warriors are being led this season by sophomores Tony Henry (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Dwenger) and Brent Lumbrezer (Swanton, OH/Swanton), freshman Jalen White (Lansing, MI/Lansing Catholic), and senior Michael McIntyre (Hamilton, OH/Talawanda).
Henry is pacing the Warriors with a 199.71 average with a high-game of 268. He had his best finish at the Boilermaker Classic, placing 11th overall with a 204.60 average for the tournament.
In four events, Lumbrezer is averaging a 188.33 and has a high-game of 227, while White is close behind averaging a 185.75.
Following them is McIntyre who is carrying a 184.69 average. McIntyre’s best finish this season came at the S.I. Elite Invitational as he torched the field finishing in 10th place overall with a 195.00 average in the tournament.
The Warriors will be back in action on December 27-28 at the Rotogrip Keystone Quaker Classic, followed by the Nittany Lion Kegler Classic on December 29-30.
