Fort Wayne, Ind. – Indiana Tech student-athletes continue to raise the bar academically, setting a new record for the department this fall semester with a combined grade point average of 3.088!

Through the end of the winter sports season, 21 Warriors have been named NAIA Scholar-Athletes and 44 have received WHAC All-Academic Team recognition for their hard work in the classroom.

In addition to all of the academic success, Indiana Tech athletes have also been excelling on the field of competition. The Warriors were in the Top 25 of the most recent Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup standings, which awards points based on each institution's finish in up to 12 sports.

Tech has seen 25 athletes earn First Team All-Conference honors so far this year, including two WHAC Players of the Year. There have also been two national champions, five All-Region performers, and 42 All-Americans.
