For Immediate Release
Fort Wayne, Ind. – Indiana Tech has recently signed a distance runner to their 2013-2014 roster. Nate Kimble (DeWitt, MI/DeWitt) has committed to run for the Warriors next fall, and will compete in cross country and the distance events on the track. Nate has ran PR's of 4:40 (1600), 10:46 (3200), and 16:36 (5k).
Indiana Tech Coach Josh Wolfe on Nate: "Nate is a great fit for our program. He fits the mold of the athlete we're looking for. He is a hard-working, over-achieving athlete who has great maturity. Nate's workload has recently increased, and he is approaching what will be expected of him when he gets to Tech. That bodes well for his immediate transition into a contributor once cross country starts in August. He still has a lot to offer at the college level, and we plan on him developing into a leadership role. He will join former DeWitt High School teammate Josh D'Haene in a Warrior uniform next fall, which will surely be a productive reunion."
