4/14/09 – Senior Will Richards (Toronto, ONT. / Muscatine CC) was chosen WHAC Player of the Week for the week of April 12th. This is the second consecutive week Richards is being honored as Player of the Week. The baseball team went 4-1 for the week with a key win over Madonna and a sweep over Concordia. Richards hit .600 (9-15) with 2 doubles, 10 runs, and 11 RBI’s. In addition, Richards belted three homers this week to increase his total for the season to 10. He leads the WHAC in hitting (.421 BA), home runs, and RBI’s (48).
