Despite building a 15 point halftime lead (43-28), the Crusaders refused to go away and battled back to make a game of it late in the second half before Tech squashed the rally with a run of their own. The Warriors were led by junior Shaun Cabrera (Warsaw, IN) with 21 points (4-9 3pt.) and Bryant Austin (Columbus, OH) added 14 pts. and 7 rebounds. Senior Brad Webster (Barberton, OH) led Tech in rebounding with 9 and chipped in 12 pts. The Crusaders were paced by Noah Williams (15 pts.) and Geoff Gaylor pulled down a team high 13 rebounds. The Warriors will next face the Aquinas College Saints, the WHAC regular season champs, on Saturday, February 28th in Grand Rapids, MI at 3pm.
