Grand Rapids, MI – On Saturday afternoon, the Indiana Tech Warriors Men’s Basketball team lost to the Davenport Panthers, 95-62. The Panthers jumped out to a 42-20 halftime lead thanks in part to the poor shooting of the Warriors.
The top scorer for the Warriors was junior guard Ashton Foster (Vallejo, CA/ Vallejo HS) with 13 points. Junior forward James Hicks (St Louis, MO /Parkland South) led the team with 10 rebounds.
The Panthers had four players in double figures in scoring. Guard James Nelson led the way with 19 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Darryl Nobles added 14 points.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday, January 27th when they travel to Grand Rapids, MI to play the Aquinas Saints. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30pm.
