Grand Rapids, MI – On Tuesday night, the Indiana Tech Warriors Men’s Basketball team suffered a tough conference loss to the Aquinas Saints, 66-55. Both teams kept it close in the first half with the Warriors holding a slight advantage until the final seconds of the half.

Unfortunately for the Warriors, the Saints came out shooting in the second half and built a lead they held to the final buzzer.

The top scorer for the Warriors was junior guard Anthony Johnson (Gary, IN / Andrean HS) with 19 points. Sophomore forward Kyle Pressley (Fort Wayne, IN / Concordia Lutheran) contributed 12 points.

The Saints were led by John Lierman with 26 points (5-11 3pt).

The Warriors will return to action on Saturday, January 30th when they host the UM-Dearborn Wolves. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00pm.
