Fort Wayne, Ind. – Men’s golf coach Kelly Mettert is pleased to announce the signing of Springs Valley High School senior Ethan Galloway.
"I think Ethan can come right in and make an impact on our team," said Coach Mettert. "I like his swing, compact and within himself. My goals for Ethan are to be very consistent with his golf and graduate in 4 years. He is the kind of kid I am looking for because of his attitude and work ethic."
A native of French Lick, Galloway is a three-sport athlete for the Blackhawks, participating in football and basketball, in addition to golf. On the course, he carries a 76 average along with being a three-time All-Conference performer, and is eyeing a fourth selection with his senior season coming up. Galloway is also an outstanding student, boasting a 3.6 GPA.
He is the son of Susan and Tony Galloway, who are pictured with him.
