Fort Wayne, Ind. – Indiana Tech’s Mark Beneke has been selected as the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week.

In Tech’s second outing of the spring at the Shawnee State University Invitational, the senior from Fort Wayne earned his fourth top 10 finish of the year after landing in a tie for 10th place overall. Beneke shot a 3-over 75 on the first day followed by a 77 on day two for a two-round total of 152. He is averaging a team-best 77.3 per round so far this year.

Indiana Tech returns to action on March 26-27 when they host a tournament at The Hill Course in French Lick, Indiana.
