Grand Rapids, MI – The Indiana Tech men’s lacrosse team won its third straight game on Saturday, as they defeated the Aquinas College Saints, 9-6.
Craig Schaepkens (Davison, MI/Davison HS) was the Warriors leading scorer with four goals. Matt Fedyck (Fergus, ON/Centre Wellington District HS) had another strong performance, finding the back of the net three times and Tony Cremeens (St. Charles, MO/Hazelwood HS) and Bryce Packard (Middleton, WI/Middleton HS) each added a goal.
Brent Nichter (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Luers HS) and Nicholas Lichtsinn (Ft. Wayne, IN) recorded seven and five ground balls respectively. Zac Peterson (Plymouth, MN/Wayzata HS) was 9-of-14 on face-offs on the day. Gabriel Stulp (Rockford, MI/Rockford HS) finished the game with 13 saves.
The Warriors come right back and play at Western Michigan tomorrow at 1 p.m.
