Cleveland, OH – The Warriors won their third straight game after beating John Carroll on Friday, 18-6. Tech held a slim 8-5 lead at the half, but outscored the Blue Streaks 10-1 in the second half.
Craig Schaepkens (Davison, MI/Davison HS) and Brent Nichter (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Luers HS) led the Warriors with five goals each while Jared Weis (Evansville, IN/Evansville North HS) and Tony Cremeens (St. Charles, MO/Hazelwood HS) added two scores apiece.
Zac Peterson (Plymouth, MN/Wayzata HS) and Adam Macciomei (Burton, MI/Davison HS) were great on face-offs. Jordon Steptoe (Ellicott City, MD/River Hill HS) had a big game in goal for the Warriors making 24 saves on the night.
The Warriors are back in action Saturday in Cleveland, OH when they play Oakland University.
