Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men’s lacrosse team remained at No. 16 in the Week 10 edition of the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association Division II Coaches’ Top 25 Poll released on Tuesday.
The Warriors went 1-1 last week with a 20-3 win over divisional opponent University of Michigan-Dearborn to finish unbeaten in Central Division play for the second straight season. Tech also fell just short of upsetting No. 5 Davenport University in a close 16-14 loss.
Indiana Tech will be back in action on Saturday, April 28 when they welcome No. 15 Hope College to Warrior Field for a CCLA Quarterfinal matchup with the Flying Dutchmen beginning at 5 p.m. The Warriors were defeated by Hope in last year’s quarterfinal match 19-17 and fell on the road to the Flying Dutchmen 13-11 earlier this season.
The winner will move on to the CCLA Final Four at Saline High School in Saline, Michigan on May 4 and will face off against the winner of Grand Valley State University and Oakland University. The CCLA Championship game will be played on May 5.
