Shaun Lewandowski signs with the Warriors
Indiana Tech Men's Lacrosse is pleased to announce the signing of Shaun Lewandowski. A student of Tecumseh High School (MI), Lewandowski is a scholar athlete who has received an academic award in Environmental Science. He plans on studying Education while at Tech.
Lewandowski is a senior defensive captain for the Indians. His aggressive play and precise checks make it difficult for opponents to drive and score. His good stick skills were achieved while attending both the University of Michigan and Notre Dame Summer camps. He was also selected to play in the 2009 Chicago Showcase, where his team placed second. The effort he contributes to his team clearly demonstrates that he has a tremendous heart and leadership qualities that make him a great addition at Tech.
Off the field Lewandowski has been involved in promoting the youth levels. He has been an instructor to the third and fourth grade program for the past two seasons. He also assisted the seventh and eighth grade program as a coach for the indoor league this past fall and winter. We are very excited to have Shaun on our team.
