Victory Over Concordia Clinches Home Field
FORT WAYNE, IN- By virtue of their 2-0 win over the visiting Cardinals of Concordia University last night, the Indiana Tech Men’s Soccer team finished second in the WHAC and captured home field advantage for the first round of the conference tournament. The Warriors will host the Golden Eagles of Cornerstone University on Saturday, November 7th at 6:00pm. The last time the Warriors hosted a WHAC Men’s Soccer playoff game was in 2003. The Warriors finished with an overall record of 10-6-2 and a conference record of 7-3-2. In the last eleven games of the season the Warriors outscored their opponents 29-9 and recorded four shutouts. The last surge resulted in an 8-1-2 record for their strong finish and an overall record of 8-1 at home.
