The men’s soccer team had several members of the team receive All-Conference honors.  Junior goalkeeper Josh Verhulst (Grand Rapids, MI) was selected to the first team.  Verhulst was second in the conference with 84 saves (5.25 avg.) and he helped the Warriors record four shut-outs.  Juniors Kory Anderson (Lowell, MI) and Stu Thornton (Angola, IN) were selected All-Conference Honorable Mention.  Anderson, who played centerback helped a Warriors defense limit the opposition to 27 goals (1.50 GAA) and Thornton led the Warriors in scoring (7 goals and 3 assists) from his midfield position.  In addition, Anderson and junior Nate Davidhizar (Goshen, IN) were selected All-Academic and Thornton was named to the Champions of Character team.
