FORT WAYNE, IN- The Indiana Tech Men’s Soccer Team is currently riding a wave of success following last Saturday’s 7-1 drubbing of Concordia University. The Warriors are currently in the hunt for the top spot in the WHAC heading into this weekend’s key match with Madonna on Saturday. Over the past three games, the Warriors have outscored their opponents 12-3 and in addition, junior Mike Lewis (Allen Park, MI / Allen Park HS) has been named WHAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for two consecutive weeks. Lewis has scored seven goals during the streak. Sophomore Mark Baptist (Rochford, Essex, UK / South East Essex College) and senior goalkeeper Josh Verhulst (Grand Rapids, MI / Wyoming Park HS) have solidified the Warriors defense.
