FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech volleyball team and Head Coach Kourtney Wilson are proud to announce the signing of Janelle Rehlander to play for the Warriors next season.
Following her senior season, Rehlander was named first-team All-Conference, Offensive player of the year and was also named to the All-Area team. She was also named MVP, La Porte Herald Angus Volleyball Player of the Year, and Michigan City News Dispatch Player of the Year as well as being named first-team All-State. She played for the North All-Star team and was named student-athlete of the week from WHME News.
“Janelle comes to Tech with great experience and numerous personal achievements throughout her high school and club careers,” stated Volkmer. “She will be a force for us at the outside position and can be a great asset to our team both offensively and defensively. I am excited to see Janelle grow over the next four years and see where she can take us as a team.”
Rehlander is a native of La Porte, Ind. where she played outside and defensive specialist for New Prairie High School.
