Fort Wayne, IN-- Yasmine Coleman's 26 points led the Warriors over Grace, 71-67 in action Tuesday night. Rodney Hamilton's Warriors were on the money hitting just under 45% of their shots after tip off.
The Lady Warriors were nearly perfect from the free throw line, scoring 23 points off of Grace misques. Hitting 11 of 12 in the first half to take a 35-28 lead into the locker room.
Once again the Warrior defense played strong and forced 22 turnovers, making critical baskets down the stretch. Grace was able to bring the difference down to 4 at one point but was unable to force through the full court press of the Lady Warriors.
Don't miss the Warriors in the Sport One Classic this weekend where Indiana Tech faces St. Catharine College at 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, and is back in action against Marian Saturday.
