Fort Wayne, IN--The Lady Warriors lost a tough one to Cornerstone 63-69 Saturday afternoon in Grand Rapids, MI. Hamilton's Warriors were down 8 going into half time but were able to keep the game within distance all 40 minutes.
Tech once again led by sophomore, forward, Yasmine Coleman with 17 points and a sound defensive performance. Chelsea Shadday also stepped of for the Warriors going 8 of 10 from the floor for 16 points in 25 minutes of play.
The Warriors were able to force 18 turnovers but couldn't quite pull of what would've been their sixth victory in a row. Now Tech looks onto Wednesday's match up in Ann Arbor where they will take on the Cardinals of Concordia, tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
