Canton, MI – The Indiana Tech women’s golf team continued it’s terrific season setting a new all-time conference mark at WHAC Jamboree #3 hosted by Concordia University.
The Warriors set the previous record for team total score with a 334 earlier this year, but blew that record away shooting a 326 on Wednesday. Tech won the event by 10 strokes, with Madonna University coming in second and Aquinas College finishing in third.
Leading the Warriors was freshman Keerstin Ramsey (Cincinnati, OH/Indian Hill HS) turning in a round of 79 that tied for second place overall.
Megan Garrison (Cutler, IN/Carroll HS) and Kalie Sanders (Greenville, OH/Greenville HS) finished in a tie for fifth place shooting an 81. Junior Alexandra Haskell (Lapeer, MI/Lapeer East HS) turned in an 85 to place 11th.
Indiana Tech now sits just one stroke behind the Crusaders heading into the final jamboree of the year hosted by Davenport University at Stonewater Golf Club on September 28.
