Greenville, TN – After unfavorable weather conditions forced a shortened first day, the teams wrapped up the first round of the 2011 NAIA Women’s Golf National Championships on Wednesday morning.
After one round of play William Woods (Mo.) sits in on top of the standings with a 316 followed by California Baptist three shots back with a 319. Bethel (In.) rounds out the top three with a team score of 320.
The Warriors are currently in 22nd place with a team score of 358. Sophomore Megan Garrison (Cutler, IN/Carroll) ended the first round tied for 31st overall, turning in an 82 and freshman Keerstin Ramsey (Cincinnati, OH/Indian Hill) was right behind her in 40th place carding an 83 to lead Tech.
