Fort Wayne, IN--Zulema Sanchez signed her Letter of Intent at Indiana Tech on October 31, 2009.  Her parents, Alejandro & Cecilia Sanchez, along with Coach Karasek, witnessed her signing.

 

Sanchez is from Chicago, Illinois, and currently attends Lane Tech High School. She will join a former teammate, Holly Holod, next season and be an impact in the midfield.

Coach Karasek had this to say about Sanchez, “I worked hard to sign Sanchez with Indiana Tech.  She is an academically sound student with wonderful athletic ability. Zulema has great speed, good stick handling and understands  draw control which will enable her to synergize well next fall." He went on to say, "I am very pleased with the addition of this young lady to our midfield."
