Ft. Wayne, IN – The Indiana Tech women’s lacrosse team defeated the Tiffin University Dragons on Wednesday night, 18-10. The Warriors built up a seven goal lead going into halftime that the Dragons were not able to overcome.
Nicole Johnson (Osceola, IN/Penn HS) led the Warrior offense with six goals and three assists while Nikki Rottell (Plymouth, MI/Plymouth HS) had four goals and Erin Skodi (Naperville, IL/Naperville Central HS) had three. Ashley Thomas (Glendale Heights, IL/Lombard West HS) and Audrea Castaneda (Libertyville, IL/Libertyville HS) recorded seven and six groundballs, respectively. Goalie Stephanie Seese (Granger, IN/Penn HS) finished the game with eight saves.
The Warriors are back in action Tuesday, April 6 when they play Purdue University. Game time is scheduled for 8 p.m.
