Berg is a former soccer player who converted to lacrosse during her freshman year in high school because she found that she loved the sport.

Berg is a senior at Penn High School in Mishawaka. Coach Karasek says, “She is a great addition to the team. I have been patiently awaiting her signature. She is a fine attack player who employs short bursts of speed to surprise the defense and then takes a well-placed shot.”
