FORT WAYNE, IN- The Indiana Tech Women’s Soccer Team dominated the visiting Lancers of Grace College in every statistical category except the final score, losing 1-0. The Warriors started off well, pressurizing the Lancers and creating scoring opportunities. The Warriors even achieved a first this season, leading in corner kicks (7-5). Unfortunately for the Warriors, the Lancers took advantage of defensive miscue and knocked in a rebounded shot for the only goal of the contest. The Warriors will continue their three game home stand by hosting Aquinas College on Saturday, September 26th as the first part of a doubleheader with the men’s team. Kick-off is at noon.
