Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Indiana Tech softball program is proud to announce the signing of Julie Bazur from Bishop Dwenger High School in Fort Wayne.

Bazur had an outstanding junior season in 2012. She was a team captain and was named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year. The Saint outfielder was also one of the area leaders in RBI. Bazur was a member of the 2010 Bishop Dwenger state championship squad as well as the 2010 and 2011 SAC title winning teams.

While at Indiana Tech, Julie plans on majoring in elementary education.
