3/24/09 – Indiana Tech Softball spilt a pair with Indiana Wesleyan, winning the first game 3-0 and dropping the second game 5-2.  In the first game, freshman Megan Groce (Milford, MI / Milford) and junior Jessica Williams (Seattle, WA / Meadowdale) went yard, each hitting home runs.  In addition, Williams tossed a complete game, allowing five hits and striking out seven.  Freshman Chia Lopez (Valley Center, CA / Valley Center) also had a good game going 2-3 with an RBI.  In the second game, senior Mallory Harris (Greenfield, IN / Greenfield Central) went 2-4 with an RBI and sophomore Megan Millikin (Lebanon, OH / Dixie) went 2-3.  The team returns to action on Thursday, August 26^th when they travel to Grace College (Winona Lake, IN) for a non-conference doubleheader.
