After making their fifth straight appearance in the NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round, Tech closed out the year receiving votes in the NAIA Baseball Coaches’ Postseason Top 25 Poll.

The NAIA has announced that 266 baseball student-athletes have been named 2013 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Warriors had six players receive recognition for their academic excellence.

The 2013 season was a special one for the Warriors, winning their fourth WHAC Tournament championship in the last five years and head coach Kip McWilliams surpassing the 200 career win mark.
