Get to know Amber Johnson
Amber Johnson begins her first year as the Head Coach of the Indiana Tech Cheer team. Johnson is a 2006 graduate of IPFW University and was a member of the cheer team while studying Education at IPFW.
She has previous coaching experience at Snider High School as well as at Harding High School while teaching elementary education. She left the classroom to pursue a career in collegiate coaching and continuing her master’s degree.
Johnson will prep her cheerleaders for a successful season and an anticipated return to Nationals.

Adrianna Michel is entering her first year as an assistant coach for the Indiana Tech cheer team.
Michel was a cheerleader for 10 years at Saint John Fort Wayne, Bishop Luers, South Side High School, and Indiana Tech. She has four years of coaching experience with positions at Saint John New Haven Middle School, South Side High School, Bishop Luers High School, Saint Vincent Middel School, More Than Gymnastics, and currently at Canterbury High School. Michel is ACCA Certified and a member of the National Federation of High Schools.
Michel received her Bachelor's Degree from Indiana Tech in Sports Management in 2011.
