Business Administration - Human Resources B.S.

Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration human resources concentration is designed to provide students with the knowledge of managing employees, an organization's human resources.  Graduates will have practical knowledge of the major areas of human resource management that can be readily applied across industries.  The human resource curriculum is augmented with other business courses to give students a well-rounded knowledge of business.

Career Opportunities

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration human resources concentration prepares students for careers in human resource management and for other management positions in an enterprise.  Depending on experience, graduates may obtain entry-level or mid-level positions in human resources areas such as compensation and benefits, training and development, labor relations, hiring, and other functions.
