Course Description:
Managing in the Legal Environment BA 2850 presents an overview
of the legal environment from the perspective of the non-legal
manager. I concentrates on the main sources of law, the major
areas of common law that apply to managers, the major regulatory
agencies influencing the management process and the components
of employment law.
