BA 3110 Project Management I

Course Description: Project Management reviews the nature of projects and the process of successful project completion. The emphasis of the course is on developing requests for proposal and developing proposals themselves. Effective communication and project documentation will be reviewed.

Textbook: Successful Project Management; Gido, Jack, and James P. Clements. South-Western.

Prerequisite: BA 2010 Principles of Management
