BA 3600 Corporate Finance

Course Description: BA 3600 is an overview of corporate finance which includes financial statement analysis, leverage, working capital, cash management, management of marketable securities, inventory financing, stock and bond valuation, cost of capital, mergers and acquisitions.  The course also reviews international risks, foreign exchange markets along with stock dividends and splits.

Textbook: Contemporary Financial Management; Moyer, McGuigan and Kretlow. South-Western.

Prerequisites: MA 1040 Finite Mathematics
