BA 3650 Compensation Management
Course Description:
Compensation Management BA 3650 presents an in-depth
analysis of compensation. As such it focuses on planning
and implementation of a total compensation system. It
includes practical experience with a job analysis system,
salary surveys and the development of structured pay systems.
The effects on behavior and legal implications are also included.
