BA 3880 Commercial Law
Course Description:
Commercial Law BA 3880 is a presentation of the Articles
of the Uniform Commercial Code regulating the establishment
of businesses. Sales, purchasing, negotiable instruments,
commercial paper, secured transactions and bankruptcy will be reviewed.

Prerequisite:
Junior standing or departmental chair approval
