MIS 4400 MIS Project Management

Course Description: MIS 4400 Project Management I covers the components of successful project completion including scope, financial, resources, milestones, tracking and communications. Project planning software will be utilized to apply theoretical concepts and review documentation.

Prerequisites: MIS 3100
