A former student personnel administrator and health care recruiter, Verduce holds a Master’s degree in Education in Student Personnel Services with a cognate in Employer Relations and Personnel from the University of South Carolina. Verduce received the 2008 Impact Award Outstanding Career Services Professional from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the 2009 DIPIS (Does It Positively Impact Students) Award, the 2010 Extra Mile Award, and is currently chairman of the Leadership Task Force at Indiana Tech. A master gardener, she and her husband, John, live in Fort Wayne with their five children and two Labrador Retrievers.

Bhavika Mistry-Onulak is currently an Internship Coordinator/Career Advisor at Indiana Tech. Prior to Indiana Tech, Bhavika worked as an Instructor/Career Services Advisor for three years at Brown Mackie College. Bhavika holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Working with students/graduates and helping them gain the skills they need to achieve success in the job market is one of the most fulfilling components of her job.

Sara Zorn holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She has worked in the areas of Career, Academic, and Judicial advising, as well as various sectors of Social Services. Working with students and seeing their growth personally and professionally is one of the most fulfilling components of her job.
