A former student personnel administrator and health care recruiter, Verduce holds a Master’s degree in Education in Student Personnel Services with a cognate in Employer Relations and Personnel from the University of South Carolina. Verduce received the 2008 Impact Award Outstanding Career Services Professional from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the 2009 DIPIS (Does It Positively Impact Students) Award, the 2010 Extra Mile Award, and is currently chairman of the Leadership Task Force at Indiana Tech. A master gardener, she and her husband, John, live in Fort Wayne with their five children and two Labrador Retrievers.

Having worked in workforce/economic development and various roles in higher education for the past six years, Burgette holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing from Taylor University. Among all of her international travel experiences, her favorite was to the northwestern province of China. She completed her lifelong goal of completing a half marathon just last month. One of her most fulfilling jobs in higher education has been as an adjunct instructor and seeing her students have those "ah-ha" moments.

Sara Zorn holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She has worked in the areas of Career, Academic, and Judicial advising, as well as various sectors of Social Services.  Working with students and seeing their growth personally and professionally is one of the most fulfilling components of her job.  Outside of work, Zorn enjoys working small home projects and staying physically active. Jennifer Schuler is currently the Career Services Assistant at Indiana Tech. Prior to Indiana Tech; Jennifer worked as Clothing Bank Coordinator for nine years at Fort Wayne Community Schools, where she received awards as Best Employer from the Anthis Career Center and the Special Education Department for challenged adults. Also, Jennifer was a regular face on the local news, radio, and newspaper for her work with children and generating donations from the community. Jennifer is currently a CPS student here at Tech as a Psychology major, and plans on attending graduate school here as well. She currently is on the Board of Directors at Congregation B’Nai Jacob and the Fort Wayne Jewish Federation. An avid gourmet cook, she and her husband Paul, live in Fort Wayne and have two children are in Marching and Jazz Band, and have two Bengal cats. Jennifer can be reached at jeschuler@indianatech.edu
