Rules and Regulations
-
The scholarship is renewable for up to four years with the maintenance of a 3.5
Cumulative GPA at Indiana Tech. GPA will be checked yearly. A one semester
probation period will be applied before the scholarship will be taken away. If
the GPA is below a 3.5 for two consecutive semesters, the scholarship will be
revoked. However, if GPA is brought back up, it can be reinstated.
-
The winner must also complete and renew the FAFSA form by a March 10 deadline
each year to maintain eligibility.
-
Winners are responsible for 30 hours total of work for the Dean. This may
include, but is not limited to: special projects, committees, advisory boards,
and the freshman seminar.
-
In order to maintain the scholarship, the student must maintain a major within
the college and/or school that awarded the scholarship. For instance, an
engineering Dean’s winner must always be majoring in an engineering major.
He/she cannot switch to business. However, he/she could double major in
business and engineering.
