  4. On-Campus Interviewing

Another great way to connect with the talent at Indiana Tech is by holding on campus interviews. Schedules can be open (any student who meets the criteria is allowed to interview), or employers can pre-select candidates utilizing our résumé books. Either way, the CPDC staff can assist you and provide interview or conference rooms for your use. Click here for more information and to schedule your request.

  5. Information Sessions

Many organizations find it beneficial to give presentations to students or hold preliminary events prior to doing interviews on campus. The CPDC suggests you select your event date at least three (3) weeks prior to your on-campus interview schedule. This will allow you to network with and get to know students before conducting actual interviews.

  6. Job Shadowing

Through our job shadowing program, employers work with current Indiana Tech students to share valuable knowledge, experiences and day-to-day tasks. Students get to experience a "day in the life" in their chosen profession by visiting select workplaces. For both student and employer, job shadowing can be a great learning and networking tool.
