Tech Chooses Secrist for Bowling Debut

Indiana Tech has hired Larry Secrist as head coach for men’s and women’s bowling teams.

Secrist coached for the U.S. Army from 1998 to 2005 and guided the program to two Interservice Championships.  In addition, three of his bowlers were selected to the U.S. Army World Wide Team in 1999, 2000 and 2001.

In his most recent position, Secrist coaches the bowling program at Carroll High School where he has had the privilege of working with several outstanding bowlers who have competed at the state level and he has had one athlete move on to play at the collegiate level at a major university.

The Warrior bowling teams will begin competition in the fall of 2010. Students interested in learning more  should contact Coach Secrist at athletics@indianatech.edu.
