The tradition of hosting a campus and community celebration at the beginning of the year began with a Blessid Union of Souls concert for the university’s 75th anniversary in 2005. This year’s event commemorates Indiana Tech’s 80th anniversary by celebrating the university’s growth in recent years and looking forward to a bright future.
“In the years since that first concert, we’ve staged events on a smaller scale,” said Jessica Inniger, director of student life. “With the 80th anniversary this year, we really wanted to pull out all of the stops and thank all those who have helped make Indiana Tech successful throughout those years.”
